Wordpress vs Conventional Websites

When a client wants a new website or a website-redesign, I recommend using Wordpress. Conventional sites made using old webpage software such as Dreamweaver or Front Page need a lot of attention, time and money to update. (Have you ever seen how much these design programs cost?)

Conventional or “old school” websites that use Flash all over the place are thing of the past. Text or any content in a fancy Flash movie will not get picked up by the search engines and if people can’t find your site in the search engines, your site won’t get any traffic.
